Are your products 100% natural?
Yes, we prioritize natural ingredients. All our soaps are crafted using plant-based oils, botanical extracts, and pure essential oils without any harsh synthetic detergents.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the country.
What is your return policy?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the domestic market. We are working hard to expand our logistics to support international customers in the near future.

Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our customers with sensitive skin find our Unscented and Goat Milk varieties very gentle. However, we always recommend reviewing the ingredient list and performing a patch test first.
